Step 1: Determine Your Group Size
For any occasion
All picnic packages are for daytime hours whereby you provide the location. If you require a venue, please ask! You must have a back up location in case of bad weather. Travel out of area no problem, travel fee applies. Want an evening party? No problem! Picnics after 5:00pm have a minimum $150 after hours set up/take down fee (depending on party size). 9:00pm is the latest time for a take down unless otherwise agreed upon. Evening bookings automatically include mood lighting like lanterns or candelabras. See FAQ for more details.

Your choices are almost endless. Coming from out of town —or don't have an appropriate space? Choose from one of our special venue partners and we'll set your luxury picnic up, on site. Interested in a luxury picnic by the beach? Choose a public park and we'll create a magical space for you and your guests.

With over 200 wineries in the Okanagan Valley, the opportunites are endless! We have compiled a list of 'partner wineries' that will welcome your group. For the ultimate event, pair your luxury picnic with a wine tasting and enjoy your bottles while enjoying your graze.
Your Home
Our glamorous set-ups are customized to your unique requirements and brought directly to you at your site. If you require a venue for your upcoming event ask us about some private venue options that we know about.
Public Parks & Beaches
Parks and public spaces are fantastic choices however be aware that alcohol is not permitted in these spaces. Public parks cannot be used exclusively and are on a first-come, first-served basis. In some cases permits are required.
Step 3: Picnic & Chill
We do everything for you so all you need to do is show up on the day and enjoy your time with your special people. When your event is finished, we come and pack it up and take it away.
