We cannot stress this enough —to avoid disappointment, book your event date early! There are a limited number of prime entertaining days and they go quickly.

Step 1: Pick Your Luxury Picnic Package
All picnic packages are for daytime hours whereby you provide the location. If you require a venue, please ask! You must have a back up location in case of bad weather. Travel out of area no problem, travel fee applies. Want an evening party? No problem! Picnics after 5:00pm have a minimum $150 after hours set up/take down fee (depending on the size of the package). 9:00pm is the latest time for a take down unless otherwise agreed upon. Evening bookings automatically include mood lighting like lanterns, candelabras or string lights. Please see FAQ for more details.

Your choices are almost endless. Coming from out of town —or don't have an appropriate space? Choose from one of our special venue partners and we'll set your luxury picnic up, on site. Interested in a luxury picnic by the beach? Choose a public park and we'll create a magical space for you and your guests.

With over 200 wineries in the Okanagan Valley, the opportunites are endless! We have compiled a list of 'partner wineries' that will welcome your group. For the ultimate event, pair your luxury picnic with a wine tasting and enjoy your bottles while enjoying your graze.
Your Home
Our glamorous set-ups are customized to your unique requirements and brought directly to you at your site. If you require a venue for your upcoming event ask us about some private venue options that we know about.
Public Parks & Beaches
Parks and public spaces are fantastic choices however be aware that alcohol is not permitted in these spaces. Public parks cannot be used exclusively and are on a first-come, first-served basis. In some cases permits are required.

Step 3: Pick Your Optional Extras
totally customizable
We are a highly customizable service. Every event is different and every event has different needs. We want to build you an extraordinary experience, so we’re gonna need to ask you some questions. Send us an inquiry and we’ll send back a custom quote —just for you.
Your set-up will be delivered on the date of the event, unless otherwise specified.</p> <p>Basic set up is within 25 feet of our truck/trailer bumper, within 25km of downtown Kelowna, during normal business hours.</p> <p>Regular set- ups are for 3 hours unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking.</p> <p>An additional fee applies:</p> <p>To set ups and take down after 5:00pm<br /> Outside of a 25Km radius to downtown Kelowna<br /> For set ups in remote or difficult locations (if you want your setup at the top of a mountain!) or for set ups farther than 25' from the truck.</p> <p>The fee is dependent and will be quoted as per the individual situation.
12`` Naked Teepee
The naked teepee is a versatile canvas for decor & lighting, under the stars events. It creates a stunning visual for any event. This teepee is 12' in diameter and stands about 20' tall.

7' Lace Teepee
Such a pretty addition to any party. This teepee stands 7' tall and is about 4.5' wide at the base.
6m x 4m Emperor Tent
With 220 ft² of floor space there is enough room for up to 20 guests picnicking on the floor. Or, hire this tent as a separate bridal suite or lounge at your next event. The steep angle of the canvas and tell ceilings of the Emperor provide lots of head room for walking around. The unique oval shaped floor plan offers a central living room area with two “wings” on either side. There is an additional door at one end and the sides roll up to let the breeze in. This tent is 100% waterproof and can be added to any picnic package (in case of weather).

Globe String Lighting
Our LED globe lights make a gorgeous addition to your evening set-ups, creating a magical, warm glowing atmosphere.
Custom Fresh Floral
If you'd like to enhance your event with extra floral, beyond our silks collection, we can either recommend florists to you, or we can work directly with them.
Custom Cake / Dessert Table
We work with some of the Okanagan's finest bakers. Let us know your wishes and we can order, pick up, deliver & set up your cake when we come to do your set up.
Luxury Porta Potty
Isn't it cute?! This portable unit can be hired for places that do not have facilities...think orchards, vineyards and fields or homes that can not have large numbers of people using the loo!
Step 4: Picnic & Chill
We do everything for you so all you need to do is show up on the day and enjoy your time with your special people. When your event is finished, we come and pack it up and take it away.

We LOVE getting creative and striving for incredible photos. We want to make your luxury picnic experience unique to you so we will play with colours, textures and our newest treasures to create a magical, Insta-worthy setting!
Tribal Luxe
Earth tones, skins, brass, faux fur pillows, tribal patterns and/or animal print, carved skull, Moroccan leather poufs, silk palms, tribal art. A very sexy, global look. Only this style includes one of our special skulls, unless specifically requested.
Boho Luxe
A cheery, somewhat 'colourful' eclectic mix of rugs, cushy pillows and colourful Moroccan leather poufs. Décor items could include macramé, shell chandeliers, and a fun mix of vintage treasures, middle eastern brass platters, shimmering golden lanterns.
Bali Luxe
Sexy Bali beach vibes…whites, gold and neutrals, Persian or Moroccan inspired neutral carpets, macramé pillows, vintage brass, bamboo, pampas grass…a gorgeous look! Similar to Boho Luxe but more on the white side. Not as white as Vintage Luxe.
Vintage Luxe
Whites, soft pinks, neutrals. Lace floor coverings, a mix of beautiful pillows & poufs, crystal or other vintage silver or brass. Could include vintage china and our silk floral bouquets of roses. Similar to Boho & Bali but with more white, lace & roses.
